Here's my breakfast of champions while in Chicago. A grande 'nonfat latte, a carrot-apple-(extra) ginger juice, oatmeal with brown sugar & nuts, and a banana.
Dinner last night was room service. I left work at 8 pm and was totally indecisive so I ended up with the tuna salad and a glass of pinot grigio. The salad was delicious so I was happy...just wish it would have been a tad bit larger. No bread basket for me!
