Good things come to those who wait, right?
Last night my BFF Erin and I hit up lululemon for a free zumba class! It was fun, and it was free = in my book, that's a win. The class was a mix of hip hop zumba and traditional zumba, and by the end of the first traditional zumba song, I was instantly reminded that I really only like hip hop zumba. Or just hip hop. I know, I know...my dreams of becoming a back-up dancer for a hip hop artist will never die. Sigh...
WAKE-ME-UP - warm lemon water & herbal tea
BREAKFAST - oatmeal (with blueberries, apples, flax seeds & chia seeds)
SNACK - almonds
LUNCH - spinach salad w/tuna, cherry tomatoes, dill, EVOO & lemon
SNACK - apple, carrot, ginger, celery juice & red pepper strips w/hummus
DINNER - scallops & brussels sprouts
SNACK - piece of fruit
I'll probably toss an extra cup of tea in there once or twice, too. A little hot tea goes a long way for me in both keeping me warm & full!
