While it's a busy week ahead, I am not traveling and thus can plan my workouts & meals - yippee!! A true luxury to me at times :)
So with that, I bring you the start of a new blog feature in which I'll be posting my goals for the week: workouts, meals, etc. The format may change, it may not, I haven't quite figured that out yet. But what I do know is that by putting my goals out there for everyone to see, I hold myself accountable. And I like that :)
Workouts of the Week!
Monday: Hip Hop Zumba
Tuesday: Bike - 15 Mile Trail Ride
Wednesday: Ballet FIT & Hip Hop Zumba
Thursday: Express Hip Hop Zumba & Express Kettleballs
Friday: Rest Day
Saturday: 5K Pup Walk
Sunday: 5K Pup Walk
In addition to the above, I'll also be walking the dogs 2-3 miles per day.
*Concentrate on a gluten-free diet. While I am thankful not to have celiac disease, I have been advised by medical professionals to cut this out of my diet as I am very gluten-sensitive. And let's face it, anything that rocks my stomach should not be in my diet! Bye bye, Blue Moon...it's been great knowing you!!
*Make eggs every morning for breakfast with my green monster.
*Limit red meat consumption and focus on high-quality proteins from chicken, lean turkey and quinoa.
*Eat a green vegetable with every dinner.
*Learn to cook salmon on the grill.
The above might be a lot to ask, but I'm up for the challenge!!
