Or, to be less dramatic, if you like chocolate, you're in luck. I give you my chocolate mug cake.
*4 tablespoons flour (I used Bob's Red Mill GF flour)
*3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
*3 tablespoons skim milk
*2 tablespoons pure cane sugar
*1 tablespoon vegetable oil (I am sure there is a substitute for this but I have not researched yet)
*1 egg, beaten
*1/4 tablespoon baking powder
*1/4 tablespoon salt
*Drizzle of caramel syrup, to garnish
Combine all ingredients into a large greased mug. (Seen above is a Starbucks 'Chicago' mug.) Microwave on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Cake will be formed and middle will be gooey chocolate. Perfection.
