The first thing that came to mind was warm banana bread. You know, the crusty banana bread that you can't wait to put a nice helping of butter on when it comes out of the oven in the morning banana bread. So that's what I made. And I encourage you to do the same as it's delicious!
*4 ripe bananas, mashed
*1 1/2 cups GF all-purpose flour
*1/3 cup sugar
*1 egg, beaten
*1 teaspoon vanilla
*1 teaspoon baking soda
*1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
*1/3 cup greek yogurt
*1 teaspoon honey
*Shortening or cooking oil, for loaf pan
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray your loaf pan with cooking oil or coat with shortening. Mash bananas in a large mixing bowl. Add in greek yogurt and honey; mix. Add egg, sugar and vanilla; mix. Add baking soda and salt; mix. Add flour last; mix. Pour into 4x10" loaf pan and bake for 45-55 minutes. Cool and enjoy!
