- Almond Milk
- 4-5 ice cubes
- One banana
- Two carrots
- Handful of spinach
- One scoop of Amazing Meal
- And either an orange, handful of strawberries, or handful of blueberries
I will attest that the health benefits of Green Monsters are worth it. Since drinking these I feel much more energized, alert and full, to be honest. I am not beginning my day with processed garbage or weighing myself down. My stomach can process them easily and most of all, I just FEEL good drinking them :)
